Submission

All authors intending to participate in ISOPA 2026 are required to submit their manuscripts through the official online submission system (EasyChair). Prior to submission, authors should carefully prepare their full papers in accordance with the conference template and formatting guidelines. Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English and comply with the specified page limits and ethical standards.

To begin the submission process, authors must first create an EasyChair account or log in to an existing account. After accessing the ISOPA 2026 conference page, authors are required to complete the submission form by providing essential information, including the paper title, abstract, keywords, author details, and relevant subject areas. The full paper must then be uploaded in PDF format through the system.

Once submitted, authors will receive a confirmation email acknowledging successful submission. All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors are expected to monitor their EasyChair accounts regularly for updates, reviewer comments, and editorial decisions. In the case of revisions, authors must submit the revised version of their manuscript within the specified deadline through the same platform.

Final versions of accepted papers must strictly follow the publisher’s formatting requirements (EPJ Web of Conferences, subject to confirmation). Only papers that are accepted, revised as required, and presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the official conference proceedings.
