Submission
Authors who wish to participate in ISOPA 2026 are invited to submit their original and unpublished manuscripts through the official online submission system designated by the conference. Prior to submission, authors are required to carefully prepare their full papers in accordance with the conference template and formatting guidelines. All manuscripts must be written in clear academic English, adhere to the specified page limits, and comply with ethical standards.
To submit a paper, authors are required to complete the submission form by providing essential information, including the title of the paper, abstract, keywords, authorship details, and relevant subject areas. The full manuscript should then be uploaded in .docx format through the system.
Upon successful submission, authors will receive confirmation through email. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme. Authors are encouraged to check their email regularly for updates, reviewer comments, and editorial decisions.
In the case of revisions, authors must carefully address all reviewer comments and resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified deadline. Final acceptance will be granted only after the revised version meets the required standards. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference to be eligible for publication.
All accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings published by EPJ Web of Conferences (subject to final confirmation and compliance with the publisher’s requirements). Authors are therefore advised to strictly follow all formatting and submission instructions to ensure a smooth review and publication process.
